What is the difference between the monthly and annual subscriptions? 

20% savings! The monthly and annual subscriptions receive the exact same membership except the monthly is billed on a monthly basis and the annual is billed once per year. With the annual option you save about 20% for investing in a year's worth of your best yoga practice. 

What happens after I join the Yoga Life Studio Online Membership?

After you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with your log in credentials, access links and everything you need to know about your account. Once you sign up, you will have access to the Yoga Life Studio Online content immediately.

How is Yoga Life Studio Online different than the in-studio classes? 

Yoga Life Studio Online is designed to give you more individualized attention with mindfully curated yoga calendars, a private community with direct access to communicate with Brooke Margherone and all of the other Yogis in our Sangha, and a growing library of content that you can stream ad-free through a wide variety of yoga videos, classes, calendars and programs.


This robust library includes EVERYTHING Yoga Life Studio produces. This EXCLUSIVE CONTENT can only be found in the Yoga Life Studio Online Membership includes "member only" videos, 50+ full-length Yoga Life classes ranging 45-90 minutes, Monthly Challenges, a private members-only community and access to all of the content on all of your devices! 

I have a medical condition / injured / postpartum. Can I still join Yoga Life Studio Online?

If you’re pregnant, postpartum, diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, please consult your doctor or professional healthcare provider before starting Yoga Life Studio Online.

What qualifications do you have & can I practice with you in-person? Brooke Margherone is Registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), and RSY 200 & 300 (Registered Yoga School). She has been teaching since 2009, Founded Yoga Life Studio in Saint Joseph, Michigan in 2015, Launched Yoga Life's Teacher Training Program  in 2016, and her passion for Yoga and sharing its benefits continues to grow stronger with each year that passes. You can practice with her in-person (even on the beach!) at Yoga Life Studio in St. Joseph, MI, Live online via Zoom at, or at various conferences, festivals and workshops in the US. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, we'll be sad to see you go! By canceling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” discounted rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to Yoga Life Studio Online and any associated features, such as content, classes, calendars, groups, resources, and more.

To cancel your subscription, log into your Yoga Life Online account. Go to your "settings". Click "account" from the menu, then "billing" then "change plan" then "cancel membership" 

I am not using my subscription, can I get a refund? 

We offer a 14-day full-refund for Yoga Life Studio Online members who signed up for the yearly membership plan and felt they did not get happier or healthier as a result of their membership. Contact us at within 14 days of the original sign-up date to request your refund. Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds for the monthly membership plans, free trials, or special promo/discounted annual rates.

Billing and Accounting Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.


How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.


How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page.  Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.


My credit card is being declined.  Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.


Playback Questions

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.


Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes!  Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.  

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.


Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.


Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!


Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years.  You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
