Gentle Yoga is an actively gentle practice, not a passive practice, like Yin. Slower pace, longer holds in each pose with an emphasis on seated poses. Gives everyone space for quiet reflection and extended time for meditation, breath work, and relaxation.

5-Minute Refresh

Take 5-minutes to check in. Supta Uttiha Hasta Padangusthasana (supine extended hand big toe pose) with a strap. Rejuvenates the nerves around the pelvis and through the lower spine while providing length through the hamstrings and calves. Great for a quick alignment "pick me up".

Pranamaya Kosha Meditation

Pranayama (breath work) pierces the Koshas and directs Prana inward to clean and clear our bodies and lens of perception. Regular practice helps us rewrite the stories that the mind creates and stops patterned thinking and actions.

Rest into Surfboard Pose for a few minutes to restore and center yourself. This is a restorative pose that decompresses the lower spine, serves as a mild inversion, and aids in digestion.

Her calm and clear teaching style guides your awareness to the nuances of yourself from the inside out. She simply asks you to "show up" and let the practice do its job. You can take a strong, powerful practice with her or a deep, sweet, meditative Yin practice and either way, you'll leave clearer and aligned with your truth.
